My creative aspiration is not a thing in itself, but a meaningful existence. I create ceramic pieces that embody not only form or aesthetics, but also a subtle, personal message. These are works designed to preserve what is invisible but essential – memories, experiences, inner human landscapes.
Each of my pieces is born as a silent dialogue with a person. It is a meeting of material and feeling, experience and form. Ceramics becomes a medium that allows us to embody emotional memory - one that lives not in words, but in sensations.
Where does the meaning lie?
Home as a space of memories and inner state
The motif of home in my work is not accidental. It arises from a universal, deeply human need – to have a place where one can be oneself. Home is important to a person not only as a physical structure, but also as an internal state, a sign of security, continuity and identity. Therefore, the symbol of home has become one of the main inspirations for my ceramic works.
Home is a space where experiences accumulate, memories quietly layer, and a person's relationship with the world is formed. It becomes a container of meaning, where what was, what is, and what is yet to come come together.
Ceramics: the idea, the history and its weight
The story of each work begins with a person. And a person is always in the flow of events – experiences shape them, smooth them, sometimes hurt them, sometimes grow them. Memories are born from these events. They are like fragments of a mosaic – separate, but together creating a whole picture of life.
Memories are not just reflections of the past. They affect the present and silently shape the future. They can give strength, become a starting point, remind us of who we are and who we want to be. Therefore, it is important to me that a ceramic piece is not only an aesthetically complete object, but also a meaningful form – one that can respond to a personal story.
The symbolism of the house: more than the architecture of thought
The symbol of home has an individual, yet universally recognizable weight for each person. It is more than a building – it is a model of the inner world. Home protects, welcomes, allows us to stop. It becomes a space where a person can reconnect with themselves.
It is a place where values are born, where one experiences the first sense of security, where one learns to be. From one's parents' house to one's own, homes accompany one's entire life, changing forms but maintaining their meaning. They connect the past with the present and silently chart the course of the future.
Ceramic form as an allusion to dialogue
Based on these reflections, a ceramic house with angel wings was born. It is not a decorative object, but a form of state. The house here becomes an image of the inner space, and the wings - a symbol of protection, hope and lightness. They speak of invisible but felt security.
In this work, home takes on emotional and cultural meaning. It becomes not only a refuge, but also a silent force – capable of sustaining, protecting, and reminding.
The emotional field of the work
For many of us, our parents' homes are our first experience of safety. They live on in our memories through smells, sounds, lights, and details. Sometimes, the tiniest fragment is enough to bring back a feeling – longing, peace, and gentle nostalgia.
These sensations are a journey into the inner world. Therefore, the home becomes a repository of values, and ceramic products are a way to return to them. They allow us to touch our history not only in thought, but also through a material, tangible form.
