After discussing the details of the order:
– a contract is signed with companies;
– an order from a natural person is confirmed by e-mail.
After paying 50% of the agreed order amount in advance.
The order is fulfilled within 2-3 weeks.

This is not only a one-off piece of work created especially for you, but also a huge responsibility for me. This responsibility grows me, encourages me to seek new perspectives and carefully implement what is encoded in your words, feelings and intentions.

Every detail is meaningful
I pack each piece carefully and with love – in elegant black boxes, adding tissue paper or tying it with a name ribbon. You won’t have to worry about wrapping the gift – everything has already been thought out! I must admit, I pay as much attention to the presentation of the piece as I do to its production. After all, it is these details that give the piece completeness and create added value.
What is important to know about returns
Individual orders with personal inscriptions (names, dates or other customized initials) are not refundable. Returns are only possible if the piece is generic in nature and does not have any signs of individualization.
If the customer cancels an individual order for unforeseen reasons, the advance payment (50 % of the agreed price) is not refundable.
The seller also has the right to refuse to accept returned goods if they are damaged due to the buyer's fault, improper care or transportation. [Read more: "Return Policy"]

Legal provisions regarding the return of individual and artistic works
To ensure transparency and your rights, we provide information about the return conditions in accordance with Lithuanian legislation.
Pursuant to the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 11 June 2001 No. 697 "On the Approval of the Rules of Retail Trade", Section 17, paragraph 17.12 (pearls, precious stones, precious metals and articles thereof, except imitation jewellery; codes according to the Combined Nomenclature: 7101, 7116, 7118) and paragraph 17.23 (works of art, collectors' pieces and antiques; codes according to the Combined Nomenclature: 9701, 9706), provides:
The consumer's demand to replace the goods of suitable quality with similar goods or to refund the money paid under the conditions provided for in Article 6.362 of the Civil Code may be satisfied only if the seller agrees.
