After discussing the details of the order:
– a contract is signed with companies;
– an order from a natural person is confirmed by e-mail.
After paying 50% of the agreed order amount in advance.
The order is fulfilled within 2-3 weeks.

Every detail is meaningful
I pack each piece carefully and with love – in elegant black boxes, adding tissue paper or tying it with a name ribbon. You won’t have to worry about wrapping the gift – everything has already been thought out! I must admit, I pay as much attention to the presentation of the piece as I do to its production. After all, it is these details that give the piece completeness and create added value.
What is important to know about returns
The right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply to individual commissions. The basis is Article 6.22810 paragraph 2, point 3 of the Civil Code: this right does not apply to contracts for goods made to the consumer's individual specification, that is, goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of the consumer's individual choice or instruction, or goods that are clearly personalised for the consumer.
In practice this means:
– works bearing an imprint you have chosen (a name, a date, initials, a symbol) cannot be returned;
– works whose size, length or other physical characteristic has been altered at your request cannot be returned;
– works from the existing collection, sold without personalisation, can be returned under the general procedure within 14 days.
The maker's responsibility mark and the hallmark of the Lithuanian Assay Office are not personalisation. They denote the authorship of the work and the fineness of the metal, and therefore do not restrict the right of return.
This provision does not limit your rights if the work is of unsatisfactory quality. In that case I carry out the exchange or return at my own expense.
The Seller also has the right not to accept a returned work if it has been damaged through the buyer's fault or through improper care.
Advance payment. If the client cancels an individual commission, the advance payment is set against the cost of materials already used and work already carried out. The remaining part of the advance payment is refunded.
