Creative team building workshop
For a team whose trust is built not by talking, but by creating together.
This is not a team building training, but an authorial creative practice. At its center is not theoretical material about cooperation, but a person. At one table, everyone creates not a portrait of a colleague, but a caricature of his character - something that is recognized not in the mirror, but in posture, in relationships with others.
In the work environment, a team is often viewed through functions: who does what, who is responsible for what. In practice, this view is turned in the other direction: a colleague here is not just a role in the team - he opens up as a character that needs to be read and interpreted using whimsical material.
A work that endures
The works created in the studio are completed: dried, glazed, fired, and framed.
After 2-3 weeks, each team member is given a piece of work created by a colleague.
This is not a souvenir from a workshop. It is a work in which another person's gaze remains.

In the studio (Vilniaus st. 134, Šiauliai) or in your team space

3–6 academic hours, depending on the number of participants
Number of participants
6–12 people
Due to the larger number of participants, arrangements are made individually.
Price
Event in the studio: €55 per person.
Outbound event: €65 per person.
The price includes: materials, tools, glazing, firing and framing of works.
