ABOUT THE WORK

Porcelain pendant "Teddy Bear" is a small-scale black porcelain pendant with 24K gold accents and a 925 sterling silver clasp. It is a miniature composition with a clearly recognizable shape, combining a playful silhouette with a restrained character of the material.

History

The porcelain pendant is created using a stylized teddy bear silhouette – recognizable, compact, visually close to childhood memories. However, the expression of the work is not sentimental. The form is refined, small, laconic, so all attention is focused on the surface and proportion of the material.

Black porcelain lends this miniature a sense of calm and visual weight. The dark mass absorbs excess decorativeness, while 24K gold touches introduce a light accent. This contrast creates a clear relationship between the playful figure and a more restrained, mature aesthetic.
